Pure bacterial isolate submitted in appropriate culture media

Instructions

Pure bacterial culture on appropriate culture medium, safely contained. Please indicate on the request form body site of collection and identity of isolate. An isolation charge will be added for organisms submitted in mixed culture.
Send specimens at room temperature to the laboratory.
