Instructions
Draw blood after an 8-hour fast. Centrifuge serum samples within 1 hour of collection, transfer serum to sterile, plastic, screw-capped vial(s), refrigerate 2-8ºC (stable 7 days), and send on refrigerant coolant to the laboratory. Unspun SS or Red Top-Tube is unacceptable.
