Preferred Specimen

3 mL frozen serum collected from red-top serum separator tube (see instructions)

Instructions

**Specimen must be shipped within 24 hours of collection**

Fill tube, invert gently 5 times, let stand for minimum of 30 minutes, maximum of 1 hour, spin for 10-15 minutes. Pour the serum off into an ALIQUOT TUBE and, label with patient name. Freeze immediately.
