Instructions
Draw baseline specimen before ACTH administration. Administer 250 mcg Cortrosyn by rapid IV push. Draw specimen 60 minutes after ACTH administration. Clearly mark time drawn on all tubes.

Note: Cortrosyn (cosyntropin) not supplied by the laboratory.
This test cannot be collected at a Patient Service Center.
