Other Acceptable Specimens
2 smears, unfixed, air-dried, submitted in a slide holder • Whole blood from a full EDTA (lavender-top or tan-top) tube


Instructions
⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠Do not refrigerate. Submit results of CBC/Differential counts and clinical history.

Note: If drawn with lead testing, EDTA (tan-top) is required.
