10 mL of 24-hour urine collected without preservatives in a 24-hour urine container (refrigerated during collection), submitted in a plastic, leak-proof container

Instructions
Both serum and urine specimens must be submitted simultaneously for analysis. The serum specimen must be drawn at some time during the 24-hour urine collection. Please specify total 24-hour urine volume and the patient's height and weight (to calculate the body surface) on the request form.
