A real-time PCR assay of extracted nucleic acids for the in vitro quantitative detection of BK virus in urine. Limit of Detection: 100 copies/mL Detected, but below limit of quantitation: 100-315 copies/mL Limit of Quantitation: 316-7.48x10e8 cop/mL.
