CBC Auto Diff (Reflex To Manual)

- A manual differential will be performed if the WBC is <3.0 or >20.0, Absolute Neutrophils are <1.0 or >20.0, Absolute Lymphocytes are >5.0, Absolute Monocytes are >1.5, Absolute Eosinophils are >1.5, or Absolute Basophils are >0.3.
- A manual scan will be performed if the hematocrit is <24, >54 (female), or >60 (male); hemoglobin is <8.0, >18.0 (female), or >20.0 (male); MCV is <70 or >105; MCHC is <29 or >36.5; or Platelets are <100.0 or >850.0.
