Instructions
Place order in Meditech.  Provide required essential information that includes pertinent clinical history (blank, "none" or "N/A" are not acceptable).  A manual Pathology Specimen Request form can be used when you do not have access to a computer and/or during downtime.  Specimens collected after hours must be refrigerated until processing.

Transport to the laboratory immediately.  if after hours specimen must be refrigerated until processed.


Setup Schedule


Specimen sent to a reference laboratory for analysis.  Accepted Monday - Friday 6am - 3:30 pm.
