Chemiluminescent Microparticle Immunoassay (Abbott Architect)

Setup Schedule
This assay is performed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week


Reference Range
Adult Males (> 20 years old): 1.0 - 9.0 mIU/mL
Adult Females (> 20 years old):  2.0 - 14.7 mIU/mL (Follicular phase)
                                               21.2 - 73.6 mIU/mL (Mid-cycle peak)
                                               1.0 - 18.0 mIU/mL (Luteal phase)
                                               5.2 - 62.0 mIU/mL (Post-menopausal)
 


Clinical Significance
This test is used to monitor normal function of male and female reproductive systems
