> 1 month: 3.6 - 5.1 mEq/L                               Critical Alert value : ≤ 2.8 or ≥ 6.0 mEq/L
 


Clinical Significance
This test is used in the diagnosis and treatment of hypokalemia, hyperkalemia, renal failure, Addison's disease or other diseases involving electrolyte imbalance.
