Methodology
Real-Time PCR, Abbott m2000. The limit of detection is 31.2 IU/mL and limit of Quantificaton is 50 IU/mL

Setup Schedule
This assay is performed 2x per week (Tuesday and Friday)


Clinical Significance
This assay is used in the quantitative determination of cytomegalovirus DNA
