Instructions
Decontaminate skin. Insert needle with stylet at L3-L4, L4-L5 or L5-S1 interspace.
Upon reaching subarachnoid space, remove sytlet, and collect 1 to 2 ml of fluid into each of 3 to 4 (depending on studies required) leakproof tubes.
