Tacrolimus by immunoassay is run on holidays and weekends only. Specimens must be in the lab by 9:30 AM for same day results. On weekdays, please order tacrolimus by LC-MS/MS (see test code TACRO).

Trough: 3-20 ng/mL. Therapeutic goal depends on type of transplant and time since transplant
