Instructions


Once the Smear is prepared , then IMMEDIATELY SPRAY-FIX the Slide(s) with CYTOLOGY SPRAY FIXATIVE.

Using LEAD PENCIL , Label the Slide(s) with the Patient's Full Name , Date of Birth and/or Medical Record #
and Site of the Smear(s).

Please complete a Cytology Order Form ( #240 ) with the Pertinent / Required Information and Submit it with the 
Patient Specimen.
