10 g formalin-preserved stool


Instructions
Collect a stool specimen and add enough specimen to the 10% formalin vial until the liquid reaches the Red Fill line on the vial label. Mix well.  Label container with patient's name, DOB, date, time of collection.  Note: Stool specimen must be preserved within 1 hour of collection.
