Instructions
Acceptable Placement Sites: Intravenous, jugular, subclavian 1. Submit a 2-inch distal segment of catheter by aseptically clipping off end of catheter directly into a sterile leakproof container at time catheter is removed. 2. Maintain sterility and forward promptly. Note: Specimen source is required on request form for processing.
