Instructions
Collect a sample of feces in a sterile collection container. 1. Use a toilet cap or a piece of clean wax paper on the toilet seat to obtain the specimen. 2. Transfer the specimen into the collection container. 3. Label container with patient's name (first and last), DOB, date, time of collection and specimen type. Transport the specimen to the Lab without delay. Note: Specimens should be collected as soon as possible after the onset of symptoms.
