Submit pure culture safely contained. Please indicate on the request form body site of collection and identity of isolate. An isolation charge will be added for organisms submitted in mixed culture. Send specimens at room temperature to the laboratory.

Appropriate antimicrobials will be tested. For Minimum Inhibitory Concentrations (MICs), order Test Code 779.
