Must have time of collection handwritten on the container.
Must send in a separate bag - DO NOT send in the same bag with an Aptima.

Room Temp--15 minutes optimal; after 30 minutes may not be able to evaluate for trichomonas.
                         




Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
Sample may not be able to be evaluated for Trichomonas if received greater than 30 minutes after collection.
