Test Includes: Activated PTT; aPTT 1:1 mix normal plasma; aPTT 1:1 mix saline; aPTT 1:1 mix incubated; aPTT mix NP, incubated control. Specimen: Plasma, frozen Volume: 3 mL Minimum Volume: 2 mL Container: Blue-top (sodium citrate) tube Collection: Citrated plasma samples should be collected by double centrifugation. Transfer the plasma to a Labcorp PP transpak frozen purple tube with screw cap. Freeze immediately.
