This test is not approved for anyone 13 years or younger. A. Swab specimens: 1. BD ProbeTec Qx Collection Kit for Endocervical Specimens 2. Male Urethral Specimen Collection Kit for the BD ProbeTec CT/GC Qx Amplified DNA Assays 3. Xpert Vaginal/Endocervical Collection kit (ED/Inpatient only) B. Urine specimens: 1. Collect in a sterile, plastic, preservative-free specimen collection cup 2. Collect in a Xpert Urine Specimen Collection kit (ED/Inpatient only) 3. Collect in a Qx Urine Preservative Transport (UPT) specimen collection container 4. Collect in a sterile, plastic, preservative-free specimen collection cup and transfer immediately to a Qx Urine Preservative Transport (UPT) specimen collection container

A. Swab Specimens: 1. Within 30 days of collection: 2-30 degrees Celsius 2. Within 180 days of collection: -20 degrees Celsius B. Urine specimens sent in a sterile, plastic, preservative-free specimen collection cup: 1. Within 30 hours of collection: 2-30 degrees Celsius 2. Within 7 days of collection: 2-8 degrees Celsius C. Urine specimens sent in Xpert Urine Specimen Collection kit (ED/Inpatient only): 1. Within 3 days of collection: 2-30 degrees Celsius 2. Within 45 days of collection: 2-15 degrees Celsius D. Urine specimens sent in a Qx Urine Preservative Transport (UPT): 1. Within 8 hours of collection: 2-30 degrees Celsius 2. Within 24 hours of collection: 2-8 degrees Celsius 3.
