Limitations
Do not freeze. For Pediatric Collect: 1 mL whole blood at 2-8°C.


Clinical Significance
 This direct Coombs test should be performed with polyspecific Coombs sera.  If the test is positive, then additional testing should be performed using monospecific Coombs seras.
