Instructions
Specimen will be brought to Sendouts by Cytology in a RedPath box.
Using Query find the MISCT, Print and receive in the MISCT, Order Misct if not ordered.
Copy the requisition twice, one for our records and one for billing.
Put big label in drawer with copy of requisition for billing.
Pack up the box with ice pack, specimen and requisition.
Put return information on supplied Fedex mailing label. Put specimen box in FedEx package and seal.
Take to the FedEx pickup in the Patology office.
