"Attention medical Providers:
1. If your patient had a radiology procedure where the HYPAQUE RADIOGRAPHIC CONTRAST AGENT was used, then the CALCIUM RESULT MAY BE INACCURATE because blood containing this media cannot be tested.
2. If your patient has been medicated with the ANTIPARASITIC DRUG: SURAMIN, then it has been reported that the CALCIUM RESULTS may present a negative 10% at a SURAMIN CONCENTRATION OF 300 MICROGRAMS PER ml.
