Transport Container
Inject blood directly into blood culture bottle at time of collection. For pediatric patients, inject 10mL into BACTEC Peds Plus bottle. For adults, inject 10ml into each of BACTEC Plus Aerobic /F and BACTEC Lytic/10 Anaerobic /F bottles.
