Instructions
Recommend ordering within 1 hour after delivery, miscarriage , etc. Specimen must be labeled using Typenex System. Test includes a Screen for large fetal-maternal hemorrhage. Which if positive, a Kleihauer Betke Stain will be done to determine the number of vials of RHIG needed.
