Instructions
Environmental cultures should be routinely performed of Autoclaves and Dialysis Water. Other inanimate objects should only be cultured if epidemiologically indicated. Test includes Aerobic Culture only. Full identification of bacteria will not be performed. Only quantitation (Few, Moderate or many) and gram stain morphology will be reported, unless Staph Aureus or Pseudomonas Sp. is detected.
