Preferred Specimen
Cervical or Male Urethral Swab; First part of voided urine in a sterile container (1.0 mL minimum Urine)


Instructions
Urine must be from the first 15 mL of urine stream (not first morning) and must be refrigerated. Small swab must be used for collection of both men and women. Not approved for medical/legal cases or for test of cure. Test includes DNA Extraction, Amplification and Detection. Must be ordered with GCAP.
