Refrigerate during and after collection. Collect urine in 24 hour plastic leak-proof container Do not include first morning specimen; collect all subsequent voidings. The last sample collected should be the first morning specimen voided the following day1. Collect urine for 24 hours. 2. If using, add Boric Acid at the beginning of collection. 3.
