Collect urine in 24 hour plastic leak-proof container containing 25 mL 6N HCL If no preservative is used, specimen must be stored Refrigerated during collection Do not include first morning specimen; collect all subsequent voidings. The last sample collected should be the first morning specimen voided the following day
