Instructions
Processing Instructions (Lab use only): Immediately place specimens in a 37 degree celsius water bath, oven, incubator, or heat block for 1 hour. It is very important that the specimen remain at 37 degrees C until after separation of plasma from red cells.After 1 hour, set centrifuge to 1600 RCF and spin the specimens for 10 minutes.
