Message
Recommended tube is Greiner Bio-one 9 mL Lithium Heparin (Quest supply ID K145). Collect 1 full tube following standard venipuncture techniques. Invert tubes 8-10 times to ensure that whole blood is mixed thoroughly with the anticoagulant. It is essential that the tube is filled completely. Note: If using a butterfly needle, use a discard tube to remove the air from the butterfly tubing. Collect Monday - Friday only.
