Message

ThinPrep(R) vial with a minimum of 1. 5 mL Preservcyt(R) fluid remaining after cytology is performed, or transfer 1 mL of Preservcyt(R) fluid into Aptima(R) Specimen Transfer Tube (green label) before or after liquid based cytology testing is performed. NOTE: Cervical sources are required for HPV testing. If a vaginal source from a patient who has had a total hysterectomy with removal of cervix was submitted, please contact the testing laboratory for alternative testing options.
