Instructions
Use the LARGE swab to clean excess fecal material from site. Submit tube containing only the second small collection swab.

Stable for 60 days at room temperature.
Negative & Positive test specimens are held for 5 days.


Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)

Samples not labeled with complete first and last name of patient and date of birth.
Samples not collected in GeneXpert Swab Specimen collection tube.
