Specimen Stability
Room Temperature: No published time. Test should occur as soon as possible after draw. Refrigerated: 72 hours / 3 days Frozen: 6 months


Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
Specimens not labeled properly with patient identification; request a new specimen. Hemolysis IV contamination.
