Confirmation is available on an analyte-specific basis through our reference laboratory at an additional cost for positive urine results. A serum quantitative Acetaminophen is the confirmatory method for a preliminary positive urine acetaminophen/paracetamol result and is available on the Concord Hospital Laboratory test menu.
