Contact Satellite lab 24 hours in advance for instructions. Requires an 8 hour fast. Spin within 2 hours of collection. Patient challenged with 75g Glucola.

Clinical Significance
An oral glucose tolerance test is usually performed to assist in the diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus.
