PAP urine

Three morning non-initial samples of urine, each about 50 - 100 ml., obtained on consecutive days are recommended. Hydration of patients by forced intake of fluids (1 glass of water every 30 minutes for a 3 hour period) is advocated. Voided urine is preferable, however, catheterized urine is acceptable.
