If Brivaracetam has been prescribed, order test code 15142 for Levetiracetam by LC/MS/MS.

Optimum time to collect sample: 0.5 to 1 hour pre-oral dose, trough at steady state (2 weeks after onset of treatment).

Clinical Significance
