"Stored refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to one month or stored frozen (<-20°C) for up to 3 months. If sample is frozen, thaw at a room temperature of 15-25°C. Vigorously mix all samples: Vortex for at least 30 seconds. Centrifuge sample at > 2000 rpm for 15 minutes."
