Instructions
Urine: Random and 24 hour collections are the recommended specimens. Collect in non-acidified clean containers. Avoid any blood in the specimen which may falsely elevate potassium values.

 


Specimen Stability
Urine: Use fresh sample for analysis when possible. Store urine specimens at 2 - 8o C.
