Note: Test will not be performed with out DRE, Digital Rectal Exam, result. DRE cannot be performed within 96 hours before sample collection, but can be performed after phlebotomy or within the 12 months before testing.

Biopsy history must be provided at time of order.

Digital Rerctal Exam (DRE) result must be provided. Do not perform DRE within 96 hours before sample collection.

Instructions

Transfer 4mL serum to a standard transport vial. Separate specimens must be submitted when multiple tests are ordered.
