Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
The following conditions will result in a rejected specimen:
- Specimen submitted in the wrong collection container
- Specimen not labeled with TWO patient identifiers
- Specimen collected with an unapproved lubricant

Clinical Significance
