  • 1 Lavender tube (EDTA) or
  • 1 Green tube (Lithium heparin)


Instructions
Centrifuge for complete separation of serum or plasma. Plasma or Serum must be removed from cells within 2 hours.  If gel-separator tube is not used, aliquot (transfer) plasma into a standard transfer tube and refrigerate until tested.

Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
