Reject Criteria (Eg, hemolysis? Lipemia? Thaw/Other?)
The following will result in a specimen rejection:
- Samples submitted in the wrong collection container
- Specimen not labeled with TWO patient identifiers
- Specimen submitted with a lubricant containing carbomers
