5 mg CVS culture media or
5x5 mm fresh tissue in sterile container or formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue

Whole blood or bone marrow collected in a Sodium heparin (royal blue-top) tube or sodium heparin lead-free (tan-top) tube


Instructions
3-5 mL Whole blood or bone marrow collected in a sodium heparin tube, 5 mL Amniotic fluid collected in sterile container, 5 mg CVS in culture media, 5X5 mm Fresh tissue in sterile container, Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded Tissue.

Specimen Stability
Specimen viability decreases during transit. Send specimen to testing lab for viability determination. Do not freeze. Do not reject.
