***Preferred sample** Grey top urine C&S collection device containing boric acid preservative 48 hours room temperature (15-30°C) or 48 hours minimum fill line.(4 mL tube) Sterile container with no additive 2 hoursroom temperature (15-30°C) or 24 hours refrigerated (2-8°C).

GREY TOP URINE TUBE CONTAINING BORIC ACID. OR MINIMUM URINE VOLUME IN STERILE CONTAINER
