Instructions
  1. NON-SYMPTOMATIC ER-OR PRE-ADMISSION, OR SAME DAY PRE-OP
  2. Collect using a flocked nasopharygeal swab in a sterile container (media free).
  3. Specimens can be stored in the sterile capped tube at room temperature (15-30°C) for up to 2 hours or refrigerated (2-8°C) up to 24 hours until testing is performed on the Abbott ID NOW instrument.
