COLLECT URINE IN A STERILE CONTAINER PROVIDED BY PHYSICIAN'S OFFICE OR LAB. SEND TO LAB. CBOC'S may send urine in BD tube with no additive. The tube
must be full, and only used for this 1 test. If multiple urine test are
ordered along with UPEP, another urine tube will be required.
